Buenos Aires Mountain Resort is located at Brgy. Ilijan, Bago City, just a 45 minutes travel time from Bacolod City and very accessible to both private and public transportation. The resort have hotel rooms, cottages, pavillons, brgy. booths, shed houses, function rooms, food and beverages outlet and of course the most famous, the swimming pools to offer to its guests.

According to history, one of the famous local hero, in the name of General Araneta is the one who surveyed the location. In the late 1920’s the once jungle like area was converted into a resort and maintained by a Japanese gardener. The late Philippine President Manuel L. Quezon made Buenos Aires as a refuge before he left to Australia together with his family.

At present, Buenos Aires Mountain resort is maintained by the local government of Bago City and with the support of Department of Tourism.
