Waling-Waling Beach Resort was registered with the Department of Trade and Industry on June 21, 1995. It was later registered by the Board of Investment in accordance with the provisions of the Omnibus Investment Code of 1987 that provided it a tax holiday. The hotel has been operating for 10 years and is considered one of the leading tourist establishments in Boracay Island.

Located on the ground and second floor of the hotel. Each room can let four people comfortably sleep in its 2 queen size beds and there's still space enough for a mini receiving area. Guests can relax at their room watching the sunset from their own private verandah or simply enjoy the 32" LCD TV at their room.
- 14 Superior Room
Located on the ground, second and third floors. Each room has a verandah facing the beach. With one or two full size beds that is suitable for two up to four persons, it also has a 32" LCD TV that guests can enjoy.
- Premiere Suite
Located on the third floor of the hotel. There are two suites available and both of which are perfect for honeymooners and guests with demanding and distinct taste. Aside from the basic amenities and the rooms' 1 king size bed, guests can enjoy a perfect view of the beach from their own verandah, receiving area, kitchenette, and a 42" Plasma TV with home theater surround sound.
